• Resend — delivers booking notification emails to our business inbox. Your booking details are included in that email.
• Google Maps Platform — receives the address and postcode you enter so that we can calculate a driving distance and call-out fee.

These providers act as processors under appropriate terms and may store data outside the UK under suitable safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law, regulators or legal process, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary:

• Booking records are kept for up to six years to meet legal, tax, accounting and business-record requirements.
• Deep Clean photos are deleted once the quote is no longer needed or the booking has been completed, whichever is sooner.
• General enquiries and contact messages are kept for up to two years, or until they are no longer needed for customer-service purposes.
• Technical server logs are kept for up to 12 months for security, troubleshooting and performance purposes.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner where we are not required to keep it by law.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. These include secure HTTPS connections, access-controlled databases, private storage for uploaded photos, and limiting access to people who need it to run the business.
